We are an open air style Filipino food eatery. We specialize in Carabao in 2 styles of soup and offer grilled carabao. We also offer Filipino style beef steak, the meat being imported from Brazil and most of our chicken meals use imported chicken from the USA. All in all we offer 22 meals to chose from in our self service eatery. All our employees have passed health certification requirements, wear hairnets and plastic gloves if serving food. We pride ourselves on being a clean healthy place to enjoy food. We have no TV on the wall or radio playing in a corner. We want people to have a relaxing avenue to enjoy the social enviroment provided at the Blue Carabao. We hope you visit us and experience the food and atmosphere for yourself.
